Salary: $41,000–$46,000 annually (based on experience & qualifications)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire teachers using the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach
- Mentor and coach staff through observations, feedback, and training
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to strengthen teaching practices
- Support classrooms as needed, building strong connections with children and staff
- Ensure training and development plans help teachers grow and succeed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program
- Background in Early Childhood Education
- Meets state licensing and Primrose training requirements
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Physically able to lift children and occasionally up to 35 lbs
- Active, hands-on educator who inspires others
Compensation: $41,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
